The type of window pane you choose not only affects how your garage door looks, it can also offer privacy. If you don’t want people to be able to see into your garage space, you can opt for an opaque glass that not only looks great, but also obscures any inside view. Just keep in mind that the more opaque the glass in a window, the less natural light that is let into the garage space. If you want a bright, naturally lit space, it’s best to choose a translucent type of glass.

Window styles have changed over the years, but many of them are coming back into style, especially on homes with a more traditional design.
